Don't seem to be getting data feed from sierra charts

Can you please explain to me how to find out where my data feed is coming from? My feeds do not seem to be working. Mt4 data feed is working but not my Sierra Chart. Wondering if it is because I am getting the wrong data feed.

The cash Forex data that Sierra Chart gets from FXCM is not updating at this time. FXCM is not transmitting any data. We are certain this is just due to the holiday.
