Symbol settings reverting back to default

Hi there. There's an issue with my symbol settings; I customize them via global settings--> symbol settings, where I re-define session times... all good. After some time (few days), I open my SierraChart and the settings are back to default (session times back to default)... it's happened already a few times. They keep reverting back to default as though there's an automatic trigger that updates my settings to align with server settings, which is not what I want. Please advise. Once I edit my symbol settings for all my symbols, is there any way to save them in a settings file so I can reload settings off of it in case they get lost? Thanks for reply. I believe the first link you sent is pointing to section: #PreventingAutomaticUpdatingOfSymbolSettings, but such section doesn't exist. What does exist is: "Preventing the Changing of Intraday Chart Session Times", but this does not address the issue I'm having. I have set session times through global settings --> symbol settings, and always want to use those.The problem I'm having is that those session times within global settings--> symbol settings are reverting back to, I can only assume, server settings (as though there was an automatic server update trigger being set somewhere. |
