What explain the fact that the output file sometimes has time gaps?

I have pasted an example below:

Date, Time, Open, High, Low, Last, Volume, NumberOfTrades, BidVolume, AskVolume
2018/10/10, 10:46:44, 0.77120, 0.77120, 0.77120, 0.77120, 21, 7, 0, 21
2018/10/10, 10:46:51, 0.77125, 0.77125, 0.77125, 0.77125, 39, 21, 6, 33
2018/10/10, 10:46:54, 0.77125, 0.77125, 0.77125, 0.77125, 4, 4, 3, 1
2018/10/10, 10:46:55, 0.77120, 0.77120, 0.77120, 0.77120, 10, 6, 4, 6
2018/10/10, 10:46:58, 0.77125, 0.77125, 0.77120, 0.77120, 6, 3, 1, 5
---

What explains the move from 10:46:44 to 10:46:51? Where are the other 6 seconds of data?

Data is CQG Fix Trading.
Data shows up in charts without time gaps.

Go to Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings tab and check 'Include Columns With No Data'.

Also, unrelated to exporting, it will not plot another 1 second bar until there is data to update it. So if there are several seconds with no bar update data, all of the missing bars will plot at the same time when data arrives, not at each second.

Here is a related thread:
