When I save the trade activity log as a txt file, the entry exit times seem to change(it seems to add 7 more hours-06:32 becomes 13:32). What could be the reason?

It depends on which method you use to save the file. If you select File >> Export, then the times are saved as UTC. If you select File >> Save Log As, then the times are saved as they are displayed in the Log.
