AMP/TT - Data Missed and not worked Continuous Futures Contract

At first excuse my bad english. Hi, I have acount at AMP, data feed TT and SierraChart. I´m tradeing at YM (mini DJ). I have two problems. 1)Each day on my chart (2min or 5min) are missed data. I tryed to delete and reload it but without change on chart. Sample of this chart is attached. 2)"Continuous Futures Contract" not work. For the issue of missing data, please update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Current Version. After the update is completed re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. We did see a problem with the starting of the market depth data on older futures contracts. That is now fixed. It could be the market is closed where you see a gap. It is hard to tell because of the Time Zone setting. It is unlikely there would be a genuine missing data problem on the server. Check the exchange website and look at the contract specifications for the YM symbol and see if the time you see missing data is when there is no trading. The problem with the missing data has now been resolved. At the time we were reviewing the support request, we had not recognized what the actual problem was.
