Hello SC, i've been having some rithmic data feed issues recently where the feed seriously lags and i get disconnects all over the place.. however, as a subscriber to your data feed i wonder why SC is not using the SC feed as much as possible..(?) that way i would not face any (at least chart wise) disconnects with the rithmic feed.. maybe you could introduce an option to actually force the usage of the sc feed for a particular chart..? thanks, Andreas |

You need to enable Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds and reconnect to the data feed. You cannot control this per chart. It depends upon what exchanges you have active, and this option being active.
