Permission Denied error with Rithmic

I'm getting a permission denied error when trying to open new symbols in Rithmic. All my existing open charts update with real time trade values fine. Here is the error message:

Interesting. This means you are not authorized for historical market data. Also contact your broker about this.

Let them know you are getting a "Permission Denied" error.
