Hello sir,

I am a new customer at your place.
I am also at Interactives Brokers.
I managed to set up my account on your software.
I have subscribed to your offer for with real time and at various market ..
But I have 2 problems:
-To run Sierra Chart, it is imperative that I connect the TWS software of my broker otherwise the connection is refused.

-I read your explanations for the configuration but I have access to no history and no market.

Can you help me?

If you just want to use Sierra Chart for charting and not trading, then what we recommend you do is just set the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service in Sierra Chart to SC Data-All Services and connect once a month to your Interactive Brokers trading account as explained here to authorize the real-time CME data:

And make sure you use the symbols in File >> Find Symbol when using that service. Not the Interactive Brokers symbols.
