Hello,

updated to v.1825. Not all symbols show up in the CW menue. They are cut off and I am not seeing an arrow.

Seems like the width of the menue was reduced and height increased.

There were no changes to that menu in that release nor do we see any issues with that menu in that particular release or any of the current releases.

What is the resolution of your monitor? And is there anything unusual about the font size you use for menus?

I haven't changed the resolution nor is there anything unusual with the font size, same as usual. Screen resolution is 1280x1024 using three monitors.

I switched back to my old 1648 version and CW menue was again fine. Now I am back to 1825 and have the same problem.
With version 1648 I had four columns in the CW menue expanding to my second screen, with version 1825 the CW menue is limited to my current screen showing me only three columns and not expanding to my second screen.

Now the problem since I switched to v.1825 is that I can't go back and stay with v.1648. All my spreadsheet formulaes are gone in v.1648 and even the spreadsheets backups do not work.
Really strange. Also I have two versions in the same file (D:\SierraChart): sierraChart_64.exe (v.1825) and sierrachart.exe (v.1648). How can that be possible? I used your download manager.

In regards to the CW menu, it really is impossible for us to properly determine the number of items to display per column based upon the font settings and related menu settings at the operating system level and get it right consistently across different configurations.

So what we are going to do is add a setting to let the user control this . This will be out in the next release in a day or two.

All my spreadsheet formulaes are gone in v.1648 and even the spreadsheets backups do not work.
Not sure why this would be the case. Can you give us one of your spreadsheet files from 1648 which has not been saved in the newer version and we will test it. Here are the instructions to attach it:

CW menue:
Ok, fully understand. Will check if there is a version where CW menu is fine and spreadsheet formulas work. User control is ok but I won't switch to newest version as I am using "Remote chart data files". By the way have you already documented with a video the new functionality of getting data for a symbol through a DTC server IP address and port number?

Spreadsheet:
I have attached a small spreadsheet file from the backup folder that I have been using on v.1648.

Executables:
ok, thanks.

I loaded your attached spreadsheet file with the latest version of Sierra Chart, and did not see any obvious issues. The file loaded without any reported issues. I see one sheet with data, and formulas in columns K, L, M, N, and O. Is there a particular sheet or cell that seems to be missing?

Thank you Jeffrey,

the spreadsheet is working fine with current versions but not with my older v.1648.

All formulas in K, L, M, N, and O are missing in v.1648 The spreadsheet used to work fine in v.1648 before I moved to v.1825 and switched back to v.1648.

The spreadsheet is also a backup file from the backup folder in Sierra Chart. The file was thus not saved with v.1825

We will get to this, this weekend.

Really the only thing we can suggest in regards to using an older version is to use a backup file that was not saved in a newer version. So that is the best we can say.
