Hi,
I'm on th 14 day trial and trying to import data from a txt file. The data is from a mutual fond that I'd like to chart and do TA.

Here's how the data is formatted:

Date,Open,High,Low,Close
01/02/2010,1000.5260,1000.5260,1000.5260,1000.5260
02/02/2010,1001.2870,1001.2870,1001.2870,1001.2870
03/02/2010,1002.3306,1002.3306,1002.3306,1002.3306
04/02/2010,1004.1309,1004.1309,1004.1309,1004.1309

When I try to import, I get a message that the data is downloaded but I just have a black screen. I set the global setting to no services as per the instructions.

I must be doing something wrong!

Make sure the file is located in the Sierra Chart Data folder and that the encoding is just plain ASCII.

The date format should be year/month/day.
