How to have an input box pop up to get input for an ACSIL study?

How can I get an input box to pop up in the charts after say, right clicking and clicking a menu shortcut. I want to be able to have some sort of input box so I can put a price in that gets passed to an ACSIL study. The input box would be a feature of the ACSIL study so is this possible in ACSIL? I understand this might be related to system studies?
