Creating a tool for the tools menu

Can you point me in the direction of how to create a tool for the "Tools" menu? I'm using the Reward/Risk tool and customizing it. It compiles as a study and is available to me as such. How do I get it to show up in the "Tools" menu/"More Tools" menu?

There is no way to get it to show on that menu. It can only be added as a study using the different methods available. For example, you could create a Study Collection for it.
