Hello,

When I try to create a new instance (using File > New Instance) with the "Teletrader" service settings I get the error :

Also "netstat na" does not show the port.

If I connect to "All Services", and I create a new instance with "New Instance", then it's connect normally.
And netstat shows the port as "LISTENING" and "ESTABLISHED".

Now the weird thing, if I launch SC, connect to "All Services", launch the sub instance, then change the main instance to "Teletrader", then it is working in the sub instance as well.

Is this normal ?
Is this supposes to be working with teletrader or not ?

Thank you for your help

It makes sense there would be an issue with this. We would have to look at if this is the correct behavior but Teletrader does not allow sub instances.

Yes if they can do that. And if they can allow two connections, what needs to happen is you then need to have two separate installed copies of Sierra Chart each one connected to Teletrader probably using a different username.
