rollover to next month HK MHI with connection to IB

hi support team,

i'm used to use your SC data with IB connection, so it requires your mapping. Just found that i can't connect to MHI-201812-HKFE (Dec-2018 of HangSeng index futures mini). Could you help to check if there is issue with it?

HSI-201812-HKFE data is ok. It seems that only MHI-201812-HKFE got the problem, nothing to be downloaded, so the screen is blank.
Please kindly help to resolve this.

Yes, something weird with MHI-201812-HKFE , same problem here. The DOM goes blank.

Edit: I should add this is with the SC data feed using IB symbology.

hi Support team,

just tried again. it seems to me that even setting to use "SC Data - All Service", there is nothing to be given from "HKZ18" (hsi mini), but ok with "HSI18". However i don't trade HSI. So probably it's not only the symbol mapping issue to IB symbol, it could be the source feed issue.

In a nutshell, what I need now is setting Data/Trade Service to "Interactive Brokers" and "allow support for Sierra Chart data feed", so i may see & trade the symbol "MHI-201812-HKFE". It is currently not available and said "Download Failed" then blank.

So Please kindly help to check and fix.

Same problem here, it is something specific to SC data. Loading data fine if you use IB as your data source.

Also possibly related, I have been getting rare disconnects from SC Data servers today.

We have contacted our data provider Barchart about MHI-201812-HKFE. We do see the problem. There is an issue with symbol mapping on their side. We were not aware of this until now.

We do apologize for the issue.

Also possibly related, I have been getting rare disconnects from SC Data servers today.
We examined this very closely just now. The issue is not with our servers or the Barchart network infrastructure because there was only 1 disconnection around the time you had an issue. It is some connectivity issue somewhere along the path from the servers to New Zealand.

Not sure how quickly this will be resolved, but they did indicate to us this morning it is going to be resolved as quickly as possible. We would not expect more than a day.

hi Support team, it's lunch hour now here in HK. Any update from that BarChart?
i have restarted the SC and tried to load the chart again, unfortunately No luck, still "Download failed"... Frustrating.

Looking forward to the market open this evening or next Monday morning? the issue has become unexpected long-time outage. Ironically it's time when i have to pay for renewing the HKFE data feed for next month.

The data is now being provided for the mini Hang Seng index. But there is no historical Intraday data prior to the time it began.
