HOW CAN I GET MY DATA FEED CHECKED PLEASE?

Over the last few days I have been getting data feed issues, ie my data seems to get temporarily disconnected, then reconnected & so on this is now happening quite frequently over the last few days. I have checked with my ISP & they have called to do tests & they assure me that their equipment is fine?. My seperate execution platform is stable & doesn't disconnect/ reconnect so is it please possible to check my data connection from the Sierra end as there is a definite issue somewhere but currently unable to find the direct cause.?. Just trying to eliminate all possibilities currently.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated,

We see you are using IQ Feed. So you really need to contact them about this.

The only information we have on IQ connection issues is at step number 11 here:

And also not sure why you are using IQ Feed but we recommend using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed instead:
