This is the screen that will not come up on my other computer (see my e-mail). Let's deal with that later. I'm trying do download Woodies Charts on my new computer. I type in the symbol and the screen disappears. Nothing happens. A chart came with the download but the symbol is different and prices are not the same as on my other computer. Suggestions?

Open a new chart with File >> Find Symbol.

I am trying to download GCZ3. It is not listed under the FS button. Gold has a different symbol. If I type in GCZ3 and hit enter, the screen just disappears and nothing happens. This is true with the NQ,TF and YM.

It sounds as though you do not have the correct service selected. Select File >> Data/Trade Service Settings. What is the Service at the top set to?

In your case it should be set to TransAct.
