I have noticed that if I am using Sierra Chart's SIM1 account then I get an accurate value for trades in both the Max Open Profit (C) & Max Open Loss (C) columns of the Trade Activity Log.

However, if I am connected to CTS, then for all winning trades there is always a 0.00 in the Max Open Loss (C) column, and for losing trades, there is always 0.00 in the Max Open Profit (C) column.

Are these columns supported with CTS?

BTW - I am using the Sierra Chart data feed.

And what do you see for the High Price While Open and Low Price While Open fields?

Really you need to copy the entire Trade line here and paste it. Otherwise, we cannot answer this.

Okay we see the problem but the thing is did you have Sierra Chart connected to the data feed and did you have a chart open for CL.20190100.CME_NY during the life of each of those trades given above?

Yes, the chart was always open.

This behavior has been consistent across instruments, and was also existing when I had previously been using a CTS sim account (but had not thought too much about it when running CTS in sim).

We looked into this. This just has to do with how the CTS systems works in regards to Positions. This is just one of those frustrating things that we have no solution for. There really is not much we can do.

We definitively cannot help with this further. This is why we are developing a whole new solution with TT which we expect will be out in 1 to 2 months.
