DTS Settings for Sub-Instances

I have a CL in the main instance and GC in a sub-instance (#3 to be precise). Both are supposed to be trading live but the GC orders get rejected with the error shown in the graphic. It thinks I’m using the sim account for some reason. How do I tell the sub-instance to trade live? The Service menu is grayed out - there are no choices.
