I'm not subscribed to either IB DAX data or the real time Sierra feed. However, I see that the DAX symbol streams live data. At least, the last bar has the current time stamp. Can you help me out, what an I seeing here? |

The data must be coming from Interactive Brokers.

They are sending delayed data with current timestamps? Is this possible? I have checked and it is indeed delayed. But with current timestamps.

Okay yes that does make sense. The data is going to be delayed and the timestamps are current because they do not provide a timestamp with the trade.

That could lead to someone being mistaken that he has live data and trading with delayed data. It would be wise to have a warning of some sort that data is (possibly, as it is not in your hands) not live.
