I am having issues with obtaining accurate data. I am in a chat room with several other Sierra users with Sierra Data Feed. My levels can be off 4 to 5 ticks. For example, on 3600 tick chart my 9:34 am EST candle was the swing low. My candle opened at 2727.25. The other Sierra users had that candle open at 2727.75. I use the candle bodies not the high/low to determine my swing levels.

Another example is my 9:42 am EST candle which was the swing high. My candle closed at 2733.50. The others close was at 33.25. Had an incident last week where my level was off 4 ticks.

I previously used Transact's feed which consistently does not provide accurate levels. My concern is that I am still getting Transact data. Appreciate investigating and getting back to me with resolution plan.

Follow through the instructions here:
Number Of Trades, Volume or Range Bar Charts Do Not Match Setting or Are Not Accurate or Are Inconsistent: General Information and Related Settings

The most important setting is to enable New Bar at Session Start as explained.

You are using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed when you see a [M] indicator after the symbol at the top of the chart.
