I have charts up with a green bar indicating connection, but the feed is not updating the charts. lmk what I need to do. I have SC data-all services selected for data. thank you |

I have followed the instructions and activated/updated my service account and live data but I am not seeing live data print on the charts. I understand that these types of questions can be a pain, but I would appreciate your help to get this resolved. Thank you. |
