I already try to redownload the data but i only can export the 30 sec interval data i dont understand why it show Requesting 1 Day of data at 30 secs with ending date-time at 2018-11-16 17:53:00 for HSI-201811-HKFE. PriceType: TRADES | 2018-11-19 17:10:04 i can export 5 sec and 1 sec without any issue for 30 minutes only |

From User: Halo, are there any function can let me extract the tick by tick historical data (over 15 minutes) from IB instead of download it from other source? From my testing, the reload function under Multicahrt can request for the tick by tick data from IB again Sierra Chart Support |
