Different in number of candles for ticks from SC vs TOS

Attached is a sshot of 9 a.m. EST for CLZ3 - Notice the SC candle at 9 a.m. represents 233 ticks and is only 1 candle and the TOS 9 a.m. 233 tick candles represent multiply candles for the 9:00 a.m. Could I possibly have my setting wrong to represent 233 ticks per candle on the SC platform? I have attached a sshot of my setting. |
