Bitcoin Data (BTCe) not updating intraday for any symbol unless manual downloading

I've been using your service for 6 months and have been using multiple instances simultaneously without problems (Bitstamp and BTCChina lately). Today I tried BTCe data service for the first time. It connects to the market data server, downloads the data, then fails to work with realtime intraday updates. If I disconnect/reconnect, the download completes the missing recent data. But no updates. I got an out of order timestamps error. Read about it, deleted and redownoaded data, still not working. I have tried this on 2 different computers, different OSes and with 1028 and also the latest version.
