I have several spreadsheet sub-graphs signaling in region 2 of my chart. I've added name labels for the rows of signals to the location: value scale. The only problem is the values in the scale overwrite the label in some cases. I haven't found a way to give the labels priority over the scale values. Using a right-edge location works just fine but then I lose several bars of my chart/signals. Because the labels will cover the signals. Is there a way to disable the value scale text in region 2 or give the name labels a top priority? Thank you-

There are a number of options available. The first is to use the Right Edge option and lock the fill space so the bars do not go into that area. Refer to the documentation here for Locking the Fill Space:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/WorkingWithCharts.html#LockingFillSpace

Another option is to use the Value Label column along with the Market Data Columns. Refer to the following for the Market Data Columns:
Trade Menu: Show Market Data Columns (Trade menu)

And the following for adding the Label column:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Label Column

Thank you for the response. Just a follow up in case anybody else has the same question. For option 2 & 3, it requires you to enable the DOM columns which the added DOM columns do not extend in to the second region where my signals are posting; only the first region. Am I missing something here with the DOM columns not extending in to the second region?

The best option this far turned out to be the Locking Fill Space. Which you have to hand set your space before locking: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/WorkingWithCharts.html#FillSpace

You have it correct - The Chart DOM is only drawn in Region 1. My apologies for not thinking of that when I gave you the alternative.
