| I'm using 'High/Low for Time Period - Extended' study. Alert condition is =OR(ID3.SG1[0] > ID3.SG1[-1], ID3.SG2[0] < ID3.SG2[-1]), so it is triggered when 'last price' crosses the high low. I have about 16 charts up and occasionally, all linked, and will regularly flick through time frames. I noticed though that the alerts get triggered anew every time I switch time frame, so each time there's basically heaps of sirens for 1 minute, which is really annoying. Any way for me around this problem? |

| There is no way to prevent this. Other than creating your own custom study to accomplish what you want. But you can also cancel the pending alerts through Global Settings >> Clear Alert Sound Queue. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
