How come I do not see the market depth for stocks using Interactive Brokers? When I open a market depth window for say FB, it only shows the inside bid and ask. How do I get it to show the rest of the bid and offers?

We are not sure. Ultimately this is controlled by Interactive Brokers. Sierra Chart does process the Level 2 data provided by Interactive Brokers, assuming they do provide this data through their API.
