SC Real time equities feed no trade account

Hi, I have begun to forward test some strategies I developed, not connecting to a trade account at this time. I subscribed to the SC data feed with the bats exchange this morning (nov 5). I read and followed everything here Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed including but not limited to: -Subscribed to everything and activated - Selected SC DATA All services (no trade account being used). - Updated Global Symbol Settings. Unfortunately the data feed was not streaming data. I read just now that you have to wait 3 minutes. I think I probably tried reconnecting after 5 min this morning. Is there something I am missing such as a specific symbol format for BATS. I could not find any documentation on that. I am Using several common large cap symbols Like GOOG, APPL, TNA, SPY, AMD ect.
