What happened to seeing 10 minute delayed futures charts?

I looked last night, 10/31/13, around 7 pm CST and saw that the two contracts NGZ3 and ESZ3) I am tracking on the intraday 15 minute bar charts are not updating for the night session. Now, it's about 7:52 am CST on 11/1/13 and I'm seeing the same issue. If I got to 1 minute bars, the most recent bar which shows is the 17:41 bar for NGZ3 and 17:11 bar for ESZ3. My Data Service Setting is SC Historical Data [data] and I have never had this issue before.

How do I fix this issue? I know the contracts were trading during the evening hours and I have been using SC for many months in the same way without this issue.

Yes, we do see this delay. We have contacted our data provider about it.

The data seems to be coming through properly now.
