No OEC streaming

Hello, I ve just downloaded the latest version (from 817 to 961) and now I am not able to run my connection with OEC, the reason is this -

Connecting to Open E Cry server: prod.openecry.com:9200... | 2013-04-08 10:34:16
Failed to login to Open E Cry. Reason: (8) SoftwareNotPermitted | 2013-04-08 10:34:16
Error connecting to Data or Trading service. For help with this issue, press the Send For Analysis button on this window. | 2013-04-08 10:34:16


Can you please help me what to do in order to run it as I was used to? Thank you very much. Roman

It was enabled, I chaned it in disabled and now its running. Thats wierd but working, thank you for help.

Sorry for confusing readers, I put it from disabled to enabled and its working. Problem is that your notice about OEC will show after I set it right, not before it. Thats why people have problem with OEC and new version.... regards R

Yes, the notice will still show but that is not relevant. You can just simply ignore it and enable the option not to show it again.

You should have seen that notice after updating whether or not the option for Sierra Chart in your OEC account was enabled or not.
