Is it possible to reduce the font size of the Display AV-BV. If so does the setting change any other fonts on the chart or studies. Thank you.

The font for the VbP text at the top/bottom is controlled by the overall Chart Font. The documentation on this setting is found here: Graphics Settings: Fonts and Text Appearance So changing this will change the font for most items on the chart.
