sim trading...so not capital urgent! cant modify orders... scale out...cancel orders or flatten position..auto closes...positions still open...has shutdown 4 straight times when trying to flatten or cancel working orders |

This is quite serious what you describe in post #1. We would not have expected that. If you experience this again let us know. It would seem most probable it is related to recent work on the Trades list and in 1836, the particular safety issue which really should not have existed in 1834, has been definitively resolved by a significant change. text on bracket orders read "pending modification" had 8 lot on sold 5 and was long 3...Bracket orders qty still read 8...could not modify, flatten or cancel without software shutting down through windows... will advise if continues...thx |

Okay good. Because a problem you described the first post is very surprising to us and should never occur. So our best analysis at this time is it related to the Trades list and some inadvertent problem that we were not aware. In general we were aware that there was a potential safety issue with that and that has been resolved in 1836.
