Hi, We run a Bitmex fund where our clients create their acounts and we simply use their API to trade their account but we do not have access to their account to withdraw etc. We would like to use Sierra as our main software for this. Are we able to create a main account, then link all of our clients API keys to our account. then enter the trades directly on their accounbts, controlling their trades from our main account, Could you explain how this would workj and what costs would be involved for us and per client. Thank you. |

Accessing multiple trading accounts through BitMex in a single instance of Sierra Chart is too complicated with the way BitMex does this. You need to install a separate copy of Sierra Chart for each account you want to trade. Are you able to change the leverage in Sierra? Also are you saying I just buy one copy of Sierra but then can install multiple copies using that one license for each client. Thanks in advance. |

Will you ever be adding the ability to change leverage, other platforms already offer this and it would be the only thing stopping us using this software.

We are not going to add this. You will need to use another program for now. It is the responsibility of BitMex to implement a proper solution to this. This is not for us to do. Thinking about this some more, we will have a quick look at this again and see if there is something reasonable we can do from our side regarding a global BitMex specific leverage setting.
