Hello,

yesterday, friday 2018/11/02 on SPX500 the low was made at 2700.25 while on the E-mini the low was 2699.50. Shouldn't the SPX500 replicate the futures data? This is just one example, it's not the first time that I see small discrepancies between the two. I know it's only 3 ticks, but three ticks can make a hell of a difference if you consider context.
thanks for your time! your software is great!!

Regards,
Matteo

You cannot compare a CFD to a futures contract. They are definitely different. They will not match exactly.

Ok. I get it. Just checking 'cause the broker with which I trade (PLUS500) uses CFD data from Investing.com and it matches the E-mini much more accurately than FXCM. But unfortunately I can't use it for Market Profile which is my main source of market generated information that I use to trade.
Thank you for the reply.

You could just use the ESZ18 Futures symbol instead.

Yes, I know, but I didn't want to pay the 35$ for SC Data feed + the ES exchange fees (I don't have a broker) that should be 42$ if I understood well enough?

Yes this is the cost if you do require real-time data. But the real-time data connection will be just 25USD for 20 symbols.

Sorry to bother you further but I am now a bit confused. In the 20 symbols that you are talking about is ES included? Does it mean that I only have to pay 25$ or that it is 25$ + CME exchange fees that adds up to 67$ total?
Thanks for the patience.

No. You will of course have to pay the exchange fee.
