Hello,

Have a client who has Eurex exchange and Options enabled on account with CQG- Sierra charts, we have tried bringing up a few of the Eurex exchange Options, for example: DSXZ18 which is Euro Stoxx 50, once selected and we click on 'Get Options' nothing comes up, not even the list of available options. Would appreciate if you could let us know what we are doing wrong.

We have looked into this and the request for the option symbols is being properly sent cqg system. Here is an example for a EUREX symbol:

However, there are no options returned by the CQG system. We do not know why.
