ES and NQ....actually I'm getting nothing. I get a message that says failure to load. But I just tried to open Sierra and now it won't even open at all

So you cannot even start Sierra Chart? That does not make sense. Install Sierra Chart using this link:

We also see you have Sierra Chart set to the wrong service: SC Forex Data (FXCM)

Set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to "SC Data-All Services"

My error in that Sierra does open, but I still only get historical data. My message is "failure to load." Thanks, I changed my service to 'SC Data-All Services" and downloaded the latest version...to no avail

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".

I did what was asked and now have a blank screen. The symbol is NQ-201812-GLOBEX

That is not the right symbol. That is an Interactive Brokers symbol.

My broker is Interactive Brokers and that symbol has worked for me in Sierra for the past month or so. So has ES-201812-GLOBEX
