SC Support, Currently SierraChart is able to access Rithmic 01 for trading under "Production". Could add other location at Rithmic-Singapore ? I believe It should have similar set up as Rithmic 01 Refer to attached screenshot captured from R-Trader login screen. Thanks |

Do you actively trade with live orders when using Rithmic? Otherwise, this request will not be considered. Not saying you do not, but we have to be careful here. It is OK to not trade from Sierra Chart and instead use R| Trader, but you need to trade when using Rithmic. Sierra Chart is at risk of losing Rithmic connectivity because users are not trading. Anyone who reads this, if you are using Rithmic and you are not trading live and have no intention of trading live, then please discontinue using Rithmic.

It is OK if you are not able to implement this due to all the concerns that having regarding to Rithmic. I don't want to cause any trouble for SC/Rithmic connectivity. Chances are the amount of users who will use this server with SC will be small or may be just me. |

Hello, I have subscribed to the denali + pack 11 market data feed. I am a non-professional, I have declared a broker (amp future) and the rithmic feed. Everything works fine but I only have access to the simulation. When I deactivate the "simulation" option and place an order, the "simulation" option is automatically reactivated; How to access real trading from the sierra chart? Thank you |

You do not have your File >> Data/Trade Service Setting >> Current Selected Service set to Rithmic. Change this, and enter any required information for your Rithmic account as necessary.
