Update version failing

Hi I am returning to Sierra after a break and trying to update to version 1833 as suggested by the System Notification Message as I log in however after trying this numerous times I still get the same pop after closing and reopening. I am currently on version 1722

I have cleared cache and history, closed pc several times but still the same thing happens. Here is the message log
