Not getting volume related data

I don't get any data for Cumulative Delta Bars-Volume and Bid Ask Volume Ratio before the time I open Sierra. Price updates fine for the previous 90 days that is set in the chart settings, just not these studies. I have the charts set to ticks(1500) and my data provider is IQ Feed. Any ideas?
