Bitmex trading service - connection issues

I am unable to connect to bitmex trading service. See log below, it says too many requests. Is SC sending too many requests and getting banned by Bitmex or something? Can you tell what's happening?

"Your IP was temporarily banned for invalid API requests."

this is response I got from Bitmex customer support. I am not sending any API requests myself, so clearly SierraChart is not doing something right here.

This is the last response from Bitmex support, they think it is a SierraChart issue. can you please help?
