Hello SC Support

SC ver 1040

AMP/TTNET

I've experienced an issue with the part of the historical intraday data /bidxask/.
Please see the attachment.
Thank you.

So are you referring to the zeros for the ask volume for the bars before the last two bars?

If so, re-download the data by selecting Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.

Yes, I'm talking about the zeros .... Unfortunately, re-download did not correct the situation ...

This does not make sense.

Do you notice any change when you disable the Continuous Futures Contract setting in Chart >> Chart Settings?

Add the Bid Volume versus Ask Volume study to a new chart of the same symbol and provide an image of that, by following these instructions:

You must have set some kind of volume filtering in Chart >> Chart Settings. Remove it.

To confirm this, open a completely new chart and the data will look correct.

We have checked the data. It is all good. And the bid volume and ask volume are there.

Open a new chart with only the Bid Volume versus Ask Volume study added to the chart. Provide us an image of that. We do not yet have an image of that particular study on the chart from you.

OK we found the problem. We were not checking the data after it was downloaded but only at the source . This is why what you were showing was puzzling because we knew it was OK there. This is now resolved. Go to the chart and re-download the data with Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.
