orders not showing in the new instance

I cannot get orders to show up in new instance. I can see them in the main window, but I cannot see them when I start a new instance. Is it by designed? My environment: IB with SierraChart data feed |

Are you referring to open orders? The first thing to do is to see if they are listed in Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders In the sub instance.

I can see them in Trade orders and Positions window but they don't show on the chart, even I have "show orders and positions" enabled.

Okay this would be due to a difference of the Symbol or Trade Account. They both must match.
