When you notice the problem again look at Window >> Message Log and see if there any messages in the log which occur at that time. If so copy and paste them here.

This is not at a time when the market is busy so we do not see how this is related to the additional market depth levels for the CME markets.

There must be some other cause. This sounds like more of a network level issue.

You will be billed the remaining amount until the end of the month and there is no refund.

We will be working on the issue this coming week, but we are concerned in your case you could still have a potential lagging condition, due to the higher bandwidth requirement for the additional levels of market depth. For now you can use low bandwidth mode.
