Trying to place a Buy Limit Order in HG at 2.7600 with Sierra-CTS Advanced Low Cost Connection (SC datafeed). Order rejected with this message: CTS Trading - DTC order update (Order reject). This is due to floating-point calculation error. We need to do a software update to solve this. This will be put out this evening on the server. There should be no need for a software update on your side.

The reason for the problem has been determined. It is now resolved. When the prices are encoded as strings, the value format was still in its original format like you see in the chart and not what the exchange was expecting. So due to floating-point error there were additional less significant digits causing a rejection. This can no longer happen. We went through this very thoroughly and ensured the formatting is correct in all cases.
