Hey. I can see you added Deribit data recently(real-time, market-depth and historical daily and intraday - correct me if i'm wrong and one of them is missing). I have couple of questions regarding it: 1. I see that at the moment trading is not supported for Deribit via Sierrachart. Is there an ETA for this feature? 2. Since it's not possible to trade Deribit via Sierrachart at the moment, I was hoping you can recommend other services/software that will allow me to do do trading on Deribit while charting with Sierrachart? 3. Is simulation trading(paper trading) is possible on Deribit via Sierrachar? or is it not possible since Deribit trading feature is not available yet? 4. Using Sierrachart Numbers bars chart with Deribit BTC perpetual contract(BTC future), what tick size would you recommend using? Also, do you recommend changing Real-time Multiplier and Historical Multiplier setting in this case? Any other settings I should modify? Thanks. |

Thanks for the quick reply. Regarding #2, I hope it wasn't inappropriate to ask. I know you have an excellent trading platform and i'd love to use your platform both for charting AND trading functionality, but sadly you don't support trading on Deribit. Therefore i'll have to use your platform for charting and another platform/software for execution/trading/hotkeys on Deribit. I also know it's a world full of crap software out there, which is why I hoped you could give a recommendation so I can avoid the crap software. If it's possible, please do so :-) Thanks again. |

Understood, at this time we don't have an agreement to integrate Sierra Chart to Deribit for trade routing, like we do with BitMEX. We hope to have this done but cannot say when.

Love this, will follow the subject. Bitmex Fees for market orders are high (0.075% on the whole trade amount). Also having a lot of troubles with the OCO and Bracket orders as their servers are constantly overloaded, I am looking forward to execute Deribit orders using the Sierra Charting system.
