WHEN I DOWNLOADED THE CURRENT VERSION I GOT AN ERROR CODE ON THE DTC BRIDGE.

when I download the current version, the 64 bit installed and not the 32. The installer says version 7, not 32 or 64.

My software will not run on the 64. After closing and reopening on what I think is the new 32 bit version, it says version 1825.

Is that correct?

Are you able to connect to Rithmic at this time without a problem? If so there is nothing to be concerned with in regards to the bridge program error.

Also both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions are always both installed at the same time. Disregard the installer version number itself. You can tell whether you are running 32-bit or 64-bit through Help >> About. You can run one or the other through the shortcuts on your desktop.
