Can't renew after trial

Hi,

I'm with TopStepTrader combine program and my trial period will be over today and I would like to renew the package. When I try to renew the package I get an error message. When I click on the link in "You will need to make a payment of 33 USD." I an error "Your account information is incomplete. To proceed with the payment you need to Update your Account Information."

All my account information is correct, though, there isn't any creditcard information.
