How do I clear the cache for the sierra charts?

Interactive brokers have told me the probable cause why my ES S&P 500 futures chart book will not show any data is that I should clear my cache. but my NQ, CL chart books are good showing data. What should I do? ....Thank you Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-10-19 02:42:39

I had to set up new symbol codes, and it then brought up the proper charting. So there was a problem with the I.B. symbols to find the ES charting that I used with CQG. But it is now working . Thank you!
