Cant find menu task line in detached chart

Normally when I detach a chart the header contains 2 lines. Top line contains chart #, name, etc, The second line has buttons for Edit, Chart, Analysis, etc. I have one detached chart that is missing the 2nd line. How can I restore the missing 2nd line? Feeling bad since I can't find after 2 hour search thru documentation. Any help much appreciated. |
