Good day SC Support Team, I am attempting to connect to the Teletrader data service but cannot get live data or see any of the products. I have followed your instructions but have probably made an error somewhere. Can you please advise why I cannot search for symbols let alone get live data for them. We do see a successful connection to TeleTrader. One thing we do see is this: TeleTrader | Unsupported Exchange: E_BND | 2018-10-18 18:21:44 * You need to ask them about that. And some of the symbols you are using contain dots themselves. We have to make sure those are parsed properly. The proper parsing of these will be in the next release coming out today. Could you please advise what I need to do. Should I download the latest (new) version of SC and see if that fixes the issue? I dont know what "parsing" is. Thank you

Well you really should first contact Tele-trader and make sure the symbol is supported by your account and then also wait for version 1824 to handle some of the symbols you are using. This will be out later today.
